Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or order notification.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your order.

All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks the package as delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier.

Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
